I'm looking into possibly moving into the Beverly Hills apartments and I wanted to know if there were any horrible problems with the building? I've heard nightmares of Camelot Towers and Glen and figured perhaps Beverly Hills had similar stories? I couldn't find many reviews online.

I have 5 friends who live there (a couple have been there for 3-4 years, and the others for only 2 years) and they all seem to like it. They're all grad students.

One of the nicest, cleanest buildings in Hamilton for sure. Loved living there.
it's quiet, family-oriented building with great management.

cons: pricey, pay extra for internet, cable, laundry. Laundry room is open from 9am-9pm 7 days a week so be careful.

buddy lives there with 1 other roommate right now, pricier compared to living in a house. they're paying 650/mo ea.
