I'm pretty sure it says somewhere that it is not recommended to take both in one term. I personally would not recommend it.

Bio 1A03 is actually more of a review of grade 11 bio concepts than grade 12 concepts. Cell bio in second year builds more off of grade 12 content, as far as enzymes, allosteric modulating etc...

You will definitely be fine

they go over many of the more basic concepts at the beginning of the course and as you progress through the chapters so you have nothing to worry about -as long as you go to class, read the text and pay attention to added notes from the prof (especially with Dr. Kaijura's supplementary info) you will be able to do excellently!
