1. Well if the cell fills 1/4 of the field of view (3.5 mm), and 1 mm is equal to 1000 um, then the cell is what size?

2. The ratio is drawing size: actual size, so 10 cm : 50 um, and you know that 1 cm = 10000 um, so find a common unit, and reduce such that actual size = 1. Remember sig figs.
