bio 1m03 materials question
I bought the vol 1 and 2, edition 3 for bio 1m03/1a03 off another student now I didn't realize that there are older and newer versions of the same edition

in the course outline for bio 1m03 at least, it says that it's advised to buy the new 3rd edition book and students who bought the older one will be at a disadvantage because they won't have updated concepts/figures, how do i know that i have an older 3rd edtion....i mean how many 3rd edition books are there

what do i do? :(

also, when you read biology textbooks, do you also take notes? or just read ( i currently have dushoff right now)

There is not older 3rd edition. It goes by editions and if you have the 3rd edition you are good to go. What they meant was older editions as in 2nd or 1st editions.
