Bio 2A03 & Kin 1y03/1yy3/2y03/2yy3.
Hey guys,

I am wondering if I should take bio 2ao3 next semester with Scott. For those of you who are familiar with the Human Anatomy and Physiology (kin 2y03/1y03/2yy3/1yy3) and with Bio 2a03 did you find the 2 Kin's to be a good preparation for Bio 2a03??

I know they are both physiology's but I heard the physiology component in 2a03 is much more arduous then in the 2 kins.

Thanks for any advice

You can take bio 2A03 without taking any of the kin courses, so you don't need to worry about them being "a good preparation". Any preparation is better than no preparation, which is essentially what is required. They focus on different things. Bio 2A03 is almost exclusively physiology, whereas the kin courses don't focus on physiology as much since they also deal with anatomy. The kin courses are also exclusively about humans, whereas bio 2A03 is considered "animal" physiology.
