Bio 2A03 lectures and textbook
For bio 2A03 how important is it to attend lecture for this class, like does Dr. Mcclelland ask questions on midterms which he only mentions in class and not in the notes?
I'm asking this because our lecture time is 8:30 in the morning and i have a feeling that im gonna miss ALOT of classes

Also is textbook required/necessary for this course?

Dr. McClelland has lecture notes where you fill in the blanks, however, there was a pdf online somewhere that had all of this lectures notes with blanks filled out. I think this was from a few years ago, but you could try searching it as his lecture notes usually stay the same. I found the textbook to be quite useful for clearing up certain concepts. In terms of his tests, most information can be found in his notes.

A lot of what he said and tested was on the slides. The textbook had great diagrams though which I found useful, along with really good explanations.

I've taken the course last year. It's important that you go to class and get the textbook with the CD in it if you can; it will be very useful.
