There is no course called "general biochemistry". Look up what the "general biochemistry" is supposed to cover and see which courses at Mac cover the same topics.
You don't actually need specific courses to write the MCAT, or any specific number of semesters. You need to know the material, and they really couldn't care less how you learn it.

I know that. But on the mcat you need to know about proteins metabolism and bioenergetics. So should i take BIOCHEM 2EE3 - Metabolism and Physiological Chemistry or
BIOCHEM 2BB3 - Protein Structure and Enzyme Function?

Probably Biochem 2B03+2BB3. I don't think you should worry about that stuff yet since you're still a prospective student...

Biochem 2BB3 has a prerequisite (2B03). You have to look at what you're eligible to take based on your program. And not knowing anything else, if you need to know about metabolism you should pick the course with "metabolism" in the title, rather than the one without.
Bio-energetics is really vague. Then again, so is "metabolism".
Also it is a very real possibility that you will need to take multiple courses if you want to cover 100% of the information on the MCAT in class. Most people (depending on their program) take either 2B03+2BB3 as well as a few others, or 2EE3+3G03 and possibly some others as well.

Biochem 2EE3 & 3G03 is more than enough.

Assuming you're actually in health sciences or kinesiology from your username, you're not even allowed to take biochem 2B03 or 2BB3 (unless you're in the Biomedical Sciences specialization, but then you have to take those classes, so you wouldn't be asking if you were). You're stuck with 2EE3 and 3G03.
