Form what I've heard from upper years, both courses don't seem to have a particularly heavy workload, but it's different type of work. Also, the subjects are completely different. So I know this is really typical, but pick what you like. And I say this because the topics of the 2 courses are VERY different, not even related. Also, the review for Biochem 2EE3 is
here. I would suggest looking at ratemyprofessors.com to see ratings of the professors teaching the 2 courses to get a feel of their teaching style. And lastly, note that 2G03 is an inquiry class, meaning it'll be VERY small compared to Biochem, which is held in the biggest lecture hall on campus, MDCL1305, which must mean that about 500-600 student register for the course-just something to keep in mind.
