biochemistry
i was just wondering if theres alot of genomics / gene expression stuff in biochemistry program.

if you were in biology 1a03, dr.wilson's stuff... does biochemistry focus on alot of that stuff?

I'm not in biochem, but I took many of the same courses as they do, at least in 2nd yr. Biochem 2B03 focuses more on that type of thing, whereas Biochem 2BB3 doesn't at all. Their lab course does, from what I've been told. There are different areas of focus in biochem, and when you get more electives, you can choose to focus on that area (if it interests you) or mostly stay away from it (if it doesn't). The specializations are a bit different though--you get less room to choose what courses to take.

Genomics/gene expression are definitely part of biochem, but that's not ALL you do.
