Hey! I talked to one of the program coordinators about the Biophysics program during the year and she told me that this course is very new and pretty much covers broad topics in Biophysics. So I guess you'll see stuff like Membrane Potential (?) and Soft and Condensed Matter; an introduction to stuff that you'll see as you progress through the Biophysics program. Biophysics is a new and completely restructured program from the previous Biophysics specialization.
In terms of difficulty, it will probably be way easier than PHYSICS 1BA3/1BB3, since the admission for Honours Biophysics in 2nd year does require a C+ or something in BIOPHYS 1S03 if you don't take PHYSICS 1BA3/1BB3.
In terms of how much biology is involved, I can only assume that there's going to be less content compared to any Biology courses you'll take in first year. Fun or not; that depends on you.
