I'm entering Social Sciences this fall and was wondering if I would need a colour printer or if a black ink printer would suffice?

My courses are:

Black printer would be more cost efficient to buy since it is less money and does not require soo many ink cartridges. From what I gather, not many courses require you to have colored assignments so I think a laser printer would work well enough.

More importantly, whichever you choose I suggest getting a laser printer. The toner cartridges are more expensive than ink BUT you don't have to worry about them drying out if you're not printing anything over winter/summer break and they last a lot longer in general.

If you have roomates/friends, you should be able to find someone with a colour printer anyways so just give them $1 if you need to print stuff
