Board Games & Cheap Secondhand Books Stores
Hey, first of all i apologize for having two completely different things in my posting. But i'm still new to this place so i'm just trying to get some advice on how to find these stores in Hamilton,

1) Bookstores that sell cheap (very cheap) secondhand books (not just fictions). I love reading and i just cant afford to buy brand new books all the time.

2) Stores that specialize in selling board and puzzle games. I found this Calendar Club store in Jackson Square that do sell board games but the choices are extremely limited.

If anyone knows of any good stores in Downtown Toronto, i wouldn't mind going there too. Hope somebody can give me some tips on this matter, thanks!

I would suggest visiting one of the Salvation Army thrift stores in Hamilton... they usually have a large book section that has cheap paperback novels and such.

And then I'd also just suggest you try the library located in the core of downtown hamilton, lots of good reads, updated often (usually 1-2 copies of new books), you can even then browse online in the catelogue and put books on hold so they'll go and pick them out for you and have them bundled and waiting for you when you get there! And its free! can't beat that lol.

But if you're wanting to buy books and have them forever.. here's some stores

Also, and this is a secret of mine that I share only with fellow Macinsiders, you can download a P2P program and have a wide variety of journals, books, etc. This will save you on cost and makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

*cough* Allow me to abuse this moment to plug an MSU service

Undercovers! Conveniently located in the basement of MUSC sells used books retailed at prices set by the students selling them. I don't know what their selection is like right now, but I've heard good things *cheesy thumbs up*
