ye the hunger games trilogy was pretty good

think i might start reading the dragon tattoo series.. but then i always feel guilty for reading for pleasure when i have school readings i never get to

I find books based on historical people/events really interesting.. such as books about the Tudors, etc. Other than that, if you want girly - something borrowed, if you want fantasy, id read Graceling or the Lord of the Rings... its quite different from the movie.
Her fearful symmetry is also a really interesting and well written book by the same woman who wrote the time travelers wife. If you haven't read that, do it.
