Easiest way to get there. Go stand in the area between BSB and JHE. There will be a door on the side of BSB, take that. (If your looking at BSB its the left side of BSB relative to the main doors). Anyways, once you enter said doors, just go down 2 floors. And there are like 910938 signs telling you which room it is with arrows. Hope that helps.
