What bus are you talking about? Local buses, or GO buses? Also, depends on where your going. Need more details.

Usually around 1am. I think Sunday night / Monday morning its like 11pm.
Pretty sure only the 5 is running that late too (i.e. 1A, Bline, etc won't be around that late)

edit: hsr, going along main street, east or west

You can take the 1 (burlington transit) that stops at king/bay, market/bay. To get to this bus, board any eastbound bus at McMaster (the 'Shoppers' side of the street) and get off at bay street and head north to king/market.

You can also board most buses (1a, 5) going eastbound and get off at parkdale. Then at parkdale board the 11 northbound (bedrock cafe side of the street).

Both buses get you to downtown Burlington. For more accurate/timely instructions, see google maps.

Just a note of caution, sometimes google maps lies about times, so make sure to double check the actual schedules at the hsr site.
