I'm also hoping for Hedden, and maybe Les Prince. Was in Hedden first year and it was just a pretty good res overall. I just hope my floor will be as quiet as it was in first year (if I get the spot).

I was considering becoming a CA one day...Be the "super cool CA" for like a month or two. Steal their women, party. Then once I got sick of all the lil first years I just ****ing turn on them. Have them smoke me up with pot one night and then report them for weed the next morning. Then starts my reign of terror. My dream.

Haha, I also thought it'd be pretty cool to be a CA, not to steal the women and party though XD. I got placed on the "alternate team". Guess that's just a no :S.

There have been people who got placed on the alternate team and were hired when other CA's declined their job offers.

Still I'm a little bit disappointed, since only 250 people applied for 120 spots. That means I really wasn't that good, since it was pretty much 50/50 XD.

Not to rub it in anyone's faces, but I actually got accepted, which I'm really surprised about. I'm tentatively set for McKay, which doesn't sound too bad, it just wasn't one of my top 3. Did anyone luck out and get their first preference?

Don't worry too much about it. You have a high chance of getting in if you are on the alternate list. I was in the same situation last year, and they ended up selecting me. A lot of CAs end up leaving even as late as August and September, so keep your hopes up! |
