Quiver is right, the Campus Store doesn't make a huge sum off of textbooks. In fact we barely break even on textbooks after all of the shipping costs, rent, salaries and contributions to the University to fund programs are etc. are paid.
Yes, sometimes you can buy books cheaper from Amazon however you have to question why these things are so cheap when the sole source of the book is the publisher right?

Now consider that Amazon is not the one who pays the salary and overhead for the incredibly complex task of compiling the booklist. The Campus Store is entirely self supporting. No tuition or student fees are used to provide any services.
In fact over the last 10 years over $9.8 million dollars was generated by the Campus Store to fund student services. The majority of the contributions comes from the sale of non-essential items. i.e. swag.
The money generated by the Campus Store stays on Campus to support the students. Ya can't say that about Amazon.
