You should be able to do it at Underground (it's in the basement of the student centre, near the Student Wellness Centre). I got posters designed and printed there before.

you could also try the UPS store in westdale ..bit expensive but prompt service if your in a rush!

The Underground has very cheap Black and White prints, but colour costs a significant amount more. One of my projects required a large printed poster, and they specified not to get it colour

.. I really don't know how cheap they are compared to other places, but most of the posters r sold for less than $10 & 50cents for each poster bought goes to Shinerama - so, it'll be going to a good cause.
