Can i take physics 1b03 before i take calculus?
Hi i am planning on taking physics 1b03 and math 1ls3 in first year. It works best with the rest of my schedule to take physics first semester and calculus second semester, however under the prerequisites for physics it says "credit or registration in math 1a03, 1ls3, etc.."

My question is does this mean that i have to be registered in math in first semester if i want to take physics first semester, or can i take physics first semester and be registered in math second semester...

I am confused... if anyone can clear this up for me it would be a huge help!

As long as you're registered in math, it's fine. It might be beneficial to take calc first or at the same time as physics, but it's not required.

there is some integration you do in physics but in first term for first years, most will be learning it for their first time too so you will be fine.
