I don't mind the penny, but I hate having prices that require them. This price rounding thing is going to be good nice. In theory, you could choose to pay by cash/credit depending on which one is cheaper?...
Also, who stops to pick up pennies? How much does it need to be before you would stop to pick it up? I wouldn't bother for anything less than a quarter.

So we've effectively gone from 1,5,10,25,100, and 200 cent coins to 1,2,5,20, and 40 cent coins.
Except now the math is more annoying.

It's what I thought at first, until I realized that rounding only applies to cash interactions. Any other form of payment still uses 1 cent increments.
