since I don't know your router make/model, I can't tell the exact instructions but
1. open a browser
2. enter the router IP in the address bar (mostly it's 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1...surely you must know that!?!)
3. goto probably the "status" page and probably in a subsection called WAN
on that page
4. locate the "DHCP Release button", move the mouse pointer over it and click the left mouse button
5. the router's internet IP will become 0.0.0.0 (i.e disconnected from internet)
6. then click "DHCP Renew" or something similar and the router will show that it's restarting.
hopefully you'll be connected to the internet again with a new IP and the target website will open
