Herm, well... friend was helping me out and he established that "then, for some reason they seem to be blocking you... because it's reporting that it cannot traceroute there, you cannot ping it and you can't even telnet to port 80"

since I don't know your router make/model, I can't tell the exact instructions but
1. open a browser
2. enter the router IP in the address bar (mostly it's 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1...surely you must know that!?!)
3. goto probably the "status" page and probably in a subsection called WAN on that page
4. locate the "DHCP Release button", move the mouse pointer over it and click the left mouse button
5. the router's internet IP will become 0.0.0.0 (i.e disconnected from internet)
6. then click "DHCP Renew" or something similar and the router will show that it's restarting.

hopefully you'll be connected to the internet again with a new IP and the target website will open

Well I just had to completely reinstall my router 'cause I lost all internet connections for some reason, but whatever I did, I can now access my site. Yay.

Thanks for all the help everyone. =]
