CA's help me please!
I applied for one of the CA positions and the group assessment/interviews are this weekend. I was wondering what I should wear for it. Some people I've talked to said that you dont have to dress business formal, and that it's more a casual thing but it's still a job interview so I don't want to show up looking unprofessional or over dressed...

If anybody else knows or went to the "assessment centre" interviews just let me know!
Thanks!

omg.... it was SO FUN !!

it was actually more enjoyable than nerve racking. just wear whatever feels comfortable to you. Everyone is really nice. don't worry, just be yourself and you should do fine

They specifically said in an email to wear formal clothes, but I went to the interview wearing jeans and t shirt and still got accepted. so dont worry too much about the clothes

The group assessments are more casual. I would go for a casual outfit such as nice jeans and a nice top. The second set of interviews I would dress business casual.

Yes, better to overdress than not. Slacks and a nice top should be fine, but you do not need a suit.

Don't be nervous! I'm one of the CAs who'll be at the assessment centres tomorrow. They're really not stressful. Last year, we played a few ice-breakers at the beginning, and you go around in a small group with other applicants for the day, so you aren't alone!

I wore khakis, a dress shirt, and a casual blazer (can't remember if I wore a tie or not.. But I don't think it would stand out in any negative way to be a bit more dressy than others). When it comes down to it, it's about the kind of person you are. The CAs weren't told to assess based on clothing.

Ahaha, about not having to look them in the eye? What do you mean! haha. Oooh I think it'd be better to be overdressed than underdressed ofc. Blazer/dress-shirt sounds good!

I was just wondering, part of being a CA means we get a room, but are we still forced to purchase a meal plan?
