my (fido) call got cut 3 times in 5 mins while walking back to brandon from bistro
now i am in my room and i have NO network AT ALL

wait, so they just upped the amount by mistake? how many times has this happened to you?
there is no way in hell im letting this amount slide. my last bill was $24 over whats its supposed to be, but i let that slide because i made a few short calls from hamilton to mississauga and vice versa, as well as accidentially opening internet.

that shouldn't have cost you $24, just opening the internet would at the most cost you like 1 dollar I think, depending on how much of the page was downloaded, and you costs/kb or however it is charged. Same with long distance still shouldnt have came out to that much

rogers is BS. too expensive service is complete poop. I don't even know why i pay for the data plan. its slow or doesn't work at all. really want to switch if it wasn't for the stupid contracts. I guess this is a point in case where you don't get for what you pay.

I've been having problems with call/text service as well as data since pretty much day 1... I'm with Virgin Mobile, so the Bell network for me.

Just wondering but has anyone else tried to get onto the Rogers website. I can't seem to be able to get onto it. It just keeps saying the the web page is not available.

My roommate's with Rogers and she was also having a ton of problems yesterday. It's really weird that Rogers didn't at least post something about it. The website is working fine for me
