You can walk across the bridge at Longwood, and make a left, and there you go.

(assuming you mean the golf course, and not the hospital)

Chedoke, as in, Chedoke Municipal Golf Course? Take route 6, Aberdeen, from Longwood and get off at Aberdeen at Studholme. Until school starts, the bus runs every 30 minutes at xx:22 and xx:52 during the morning and afternoon from Longwood and King, and then in the evenings (7pm and onwards) it runs every hour on the 22s.

Here. When you get off the bus, it's right in front of you.

You can take the 1 or the 10 to Main at John then walk to John at Jackson and take the 2 eastbound. There's a stop right by the hospital, Barton and Victoria.

That's the general hospital. To get to the Chedoke site you take the 1, 5A, 5E or 5 to Main and Macnab, then grab the 33 Sanatorium from the terminal across the street.

Take the Health Sciences Shuttle from the hospital:
http://www.myshuttle.ca/

They usually don't stop at Chedoke but if you call them beforehand and request it, then they do.

kwyhan, sarahsullz all say thanks to apples12 for this post.
