Chem 1A03
There is a midterm coming up and I wanted to know what would be the best way to study for it -

Are the tutorial questions a good reflection of what will be on the midterm? What about the end of the chapter textbook questions?

Thanks in advance !

When I studied for the midterms/exams, I would do the end-of-chapter questions, focusing on those that dealt with material that I wasn't too sure about and skipping the ones that I could answer easily. I would also read my notes if I didn't understand anything. The ultimate goal is to make sure you understand all the concepts and can apply them properly.

Then, the last thing I would do were the old midterms.

I was never a big fan of the tutorials personally but just do whatever you feel helps you understand the material best.

How do we get the old midterms? I'm behind on chem right now and plan on doing some mad catching up after my bio test. But it would help me a lot if I knew where I could get the old tests to practise and see how things are like

The professors usually post old midterms a week or 4-5 days before each midterm on avenue.

Ya you definitely should open that book up and start working.

Chem midterms extremely were fair but they were also tough, especially if you didn't understand a concept.

If the midterm's next week (probably on a Friday), then the old tests should be posted very soon.

Ahh the first Chem 1A03 mid term brings back a lot of memories. I had to borrow a pencil and throughout the entire test my hands were shaking. Practice until you can't practice anymore.
