Is that the online program you guys used?
You may use Sapling this term. Teri Gullon introduced it this past summer and a lot of people loved it. It depends on the professor though.

You have to pay for it and it is optional but very very helpful.

Yes, there was Sapling which was $14.99 per semester. It was pretty helpful for the 20A3 but not very as helpful for 20B3. It wasn't mandatory to purchase Sapling. If you did the quizzes however, you exam weightage was reduced by 5%. I would recommend getting Sapling because they are free easy marks especially if you do the quiz with friends and compare quiz questions/answers.

Hey!

I personally did not like the practice problems on Sapling and never did them. It takes a lot of time to get the arrows for the mechanisms right. However, the quizzes were really easy if you were all caught up and she was nice enough to give us two tries.

IMO, if you are really struggling or get free marks for the quizzes then you should buy it or else it's a waste of time/money.

If you think the 5% could be the difference in a grade point, go for it I guess. I felt there were a lot of useless questions, especially naming (which would never be asked on any of the tests). The best practice is definitely old midterms/exams
