I am going to be joining McMaster in September.
Is there any chess club at Mac? If yes, how does one join it?

If there is a chess club, there will be more information about it here, on the msu clubs listings page. http://www.msu.mcmaster.ca/clubs/listings.php

However, it looks like the website is in need of an update for the upcoming year, so you will need to check back later.

The clubs list will be updated in September. I hear there are about 230 clubs this year, so that is a LOT of clubs. My guess would be that there would be a Chess club, so look for it in Sept... and go to Clubsfest during Welcome Week to see all the amazing clubs you can join
