There's been a lot of threads about the course and no one seems to really know anything about it besides the fact that it's an online course :(. Maybe email someone in the department for more information?

Im thinking of taking it, but I want to make sure I know what Im getting into before I do

I'd like to know too! I'm commuting so an online course might be a bit easier for me...

Okay, so here's the thing after I emailed the director of the Child Life curriculum. There are only 20 seats in the course, priority is given to those in health sci and soc sci. You had to have submitted a letter of intent to apply to the course by today. Offers will be given out on Friday, and then after that any remaining seats will be given out on SOLAR on a first come first serve basis. I have some friends in social work who take it/taking it now and they say there's a lot of reading and writing but it's extremely interesting and if you put a lot into it, you'll get a lot in return.
