If you decide to stay in the BA psych program you can do a paid internship offered though Soc Sci's Experiential Education department. While it isn't a credit like co-op, it will be formally noted on your transcript stating where you worked, your position title and the duration of your work term. I'm not quite sure if there is co-op in the BSc psych program, but in the BA program you do have that option of doing an internship.

i know for sure eng coop is easy. if ur not sure about it, dont take it. u can sign up for co-op in eng whenever u want, just fill out a form and pay fees. the downside is u have to pay fees to be in coop every year, but at least u get ur resume stuff outa the way
