It's at a livable speed for me, but ever since they switched ELM back to the ELM server it has slowed down.

It's really slow for me too, unbearably slow. It was just fine 2 days ago, but since yesterday it's been like this.

It won't go at all for sympatico. It seems okay for IE, but it's slow...plus my IE lacks java.

Hey, here's a funny question: if you could magicaly fix all the problems of either ELM or SOLAR forever, which would you pick and why?

I'd go for SOLAR. I'll put up with ELM as long as I'm in the course I want. Plus, it amount of stress is adds to a very stressful time (probably the worst of the whole year) is horrible. I'm already beside myself trying to arrange my timetable, never mind trying to get onto the stupid thing.

Sympatico has it's own browser? o.O

I would say SOLAR as well. But I don't seem to have any problems with ELM. Maybe I'm just patient, but I've been told I'm very impatient many times before Lol.

I'm on FF 3.6

Takes 5.165s to load the log-in page
3.648s to load the courses page

So it takes quite more time to load an ELM page than other webpages.

I guess I'm lucky then, because it's not slower for me.

PS: are you using the alpha release of 3.6? The 1st beta isn't supposed to be out until tomorrow.

I'm actually using the Beta 1 version of Firefox, it got released slightly over a week ago. But yeah, the public beta version isn't out yet.

I hope they fix the DivX webplayer problem. I can't load anything on Ninjavideo, but I did expect kinks considering it's not the public version so I'm not going to complain about it.

I am not experiencing any problems. It is pretty much running at the same speed as always (for me at least).

I have occasional problems with it. But it has to do with the load, i.e. before a deadline for a quiz and such. Otherwise, its speed is pretty steady all the time.
