There are different 'excuses' you can give as to why commuting will be 'bad for you', though they may be more mental anguish, shortage of beds, or other of these sorts of reasons.
Go in and ask, maybe you can work something out.

I emailed today and intend to call tomorrow
I was too sleepy and sore to sound coherent, as lazy as that sounds.

Mike, I'm writing to Mac to formally make a change to my OSAP application.
I was informed that I should list the reasons I want to make a change.
What would you suggest?

I did my residence application to get on the wait list even though my chances might not that be good.
It just says "Application Complete" and nothing else.
Is that what it's supposed to be?

I believe so. If it says Application Complete, you're good.

Yep that's how it is till they send you the e-mail of acceptance, which in my case, was to tell me that the lottery process was done, and that you should not check your application- something along those lines.
