Compass Information Centre has everything you need to get you started at Mac this Fall!
Compass is your one-stop location to answer any general questions you may have (ie. where are the bathrooms in the student centre, how do I get to ABB, how in the world do I get to York University from here, etc.).

We are located in the student centre marketplace!

We can provide you with directions, general info about the campus, where to go for certain things, who to talk to if you have a specific question that our staff cannot answer, and how to navigate the various transportation systems to and from campus.

Need to go home for the holidays but have no idea what bus or train you should take, how much it will cost, or how long your trip will take? Our friendly staff can give you all of the options and suggest the most affordable/quickest route home or to another University when you're visiting friends or family!

Compass also sells transportation tickets and tickets to local attractions, events, activities, as well as those that are happening on- and off-campus. Compass often sells tickets on behalf of individuals, clubs, university faculties, etc. including those to Welcome Week activities (ie. concert tickets).

What exactly does Compass have!?

~ Transportation tickets - GO Transit, Greyhound, Coach Canada, Aboutown (to Guelph Uni), Burlington Transit, and HSR (ie. local Hamilton transit)

~ Event tickets - check out our website regularly to see what tickets we have on sale, as these constantly change throughout the school year!

~ Attraction Passes - discounted tickets to Ontario Place, the EX, Wonderland, Niagara Falls, CN Tower, Toronto Zoo, African Lion Safari, Hamilton Ti-Cats, and more!

~ Long Distance, Cellular, and Pre-paid Phone Cards - Rogers, Fido, WIND, Bell, Telus, Cici, Call Value & many more!

~ Merchandise - The least expensive umbrella's and stainless steel water bottles around! We also carry stop plates and security locks for your laptop!
