Does anyone remember when course outlines for all classes must be released by? I remember reading it somewhere but I can't quite remember what it said. I know it was something like "must be provided no later than "blank" before the start of classes.

Pretty sure they don't need to be released until the first class, and even then, some things can be tentative/subject to change.

On page two it says that it will be available at the start of the course. So I am guessing that is the latest

hmm I coulda swore I read something that said all outlines must be provided to students no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course or something similar

It depends on the department. A few departments already have them or some posted. Others don't post them till the last 1-2 weeks of August.
