Is there any way to find out all the courses that list a particular course (for example, bio 2b03) as a pre-requisite? I'm worried about choosing courses for the next couple of years and finding out that I can't take a particular course because I don't have the right pre-requisites.

For bio 2B03, go to the bio and biochem pages of the course calendar and ctrl+F "2b03" - that should give you most of them. There's no list already made for you, largely because prereqs can change. You need to do the research yourself.
