Anyone else seen that guy that walks around campus in the evening hours listening to music on his headphones and singing really dark/emotional songs really really out loud?

I came across a creepy guy at the bus stop (Main and Emerson) today asking for change for the bus. He said someone on campus stole his bus fare. It might be the same guy you're talking about.

He was like 5'7", had a bit of a beard, dark skinned, big greenish jacket, tuque, jeans and big boots. He might have had a backpack and headphones too.
