anyone has any experience working with Tim Nolan, (from CSD). What kind of person is he?

I don't quite understand your question. But from what I heard through several people, all the people in CSD have been super helpful.

I'm a little biased (I work at the CSD), but everyone there is helpful and willing to listen, including Tim.

I don't know how Tim Nolan is, but if you ever want to switch councellors at CSD, you can. I'm sure they won't ask questions. I switched after my first visit with someone, and no one asked why.
If you're going for personal councelling, I know that Sarah is wonderful. She is so understanding and helpful. I've heard that Jennifer is great too (but I've never met her)
