as greg mentioned, share it for a little bit while you download 1 gig of stuff.

also, OP is obviously bad with computers so telling him/her to just share C:/ is the easiest way for her to fix her problems. without me having to explain too much.

OUCH! :'(

Haha, but seriously, I actually DON'T have 1GB of stuff on my computer. I just checked my documents folder, I only have about 700MB of stuff. The only way I can see myself getting around it is saving the one large file I have (200MB?) as different files... but that's not really cool.

I'm just taking some movies from my friend Thanks anyway for the suggestion. But I REALLY don't want to be kicked out of Mac.

insert a DVD, put that drive on share... there, now you're sharing 4.7 GB

again, you clearly don't know much about computers.

I've given you my suggestion, there is no way you can be kicked out of mac by sharing certain files on dc++... anyways, good luck

Windows is more than 1Gb, so sharing your C drive for a couple of minutes will fix your problem.

You might not have more than 1Gb of documents/movies/music etc on your computer, but your C drive is filled with far more than 1Gb of files because that's where Windows is.

Seriously, you sound more and more like a 15 year old on 4chan with each stupid statement you make.

You sound more bitter than childish, but that's okay.

Anywho, I have it up and running now, thank you everyone else.

Why? I'm using a stable BSD-based OS that has never given me trouble in my 5 years of using it.

>implying anyone said the OS was bad
you paid hundreds of dollar extra for a shiny case.

and the OS is pretty bad. enjoy having to dualboot or run a VM program to use windows apps.
Everything runs on Windows (et's see you run MS Access on a Mac)

And I have never gotten a virus or anything from using a computer. I use Common Sense 2010 as my AV/Firewall.
