OS X can be run on any hardware, it's just not entirely legal to do. Every heard of Hackintoshes? Specifically Dell Mini 9,10, etc?

OSX cannot be run on any hardware, it requires specific hardware to run, which is why you can't turn any PC into a Hackintosh, you require a specific netbook/laptop or specific components in your PC.
