I am trying to set up DC++ set up and I'm finding it really confusing. Can anyone give me a helping push as to what to do? Thanks.

There's a couple DC++ threads on the first page.

Once you have it installed, if you're having problems downloading anyones file list or searching, do the following:

File > Preferences > Connection Settings > Set firewall to passive, reconnect

And if you're on a mac:

Shakespear > Preferences > Connection Settings > Set firewall to passive, reconnect

I don't know what's going on. I installed it and I think i set it up. I can't search for files and it says i've shared 22 GiB
