degree size for frame
so im not getting a frame from the bookstore ( unnecessarily expensive) but Im just wondering if anyone knows the measurements of the degree so I can choose my own frame. The frames on the titles website dont give dimensions for the degree frames only the portrait ones.

i tried looking as well but couldnt find it...i guess you can always call the registrar and ask? The only reason i might purchase one from Titles is because I want the McMaster logo at the bottom.

Well I don't know about the degree it self however these are the dimension of mcmaster frame I bought:

Glass pane :18.5"x14.5"
Area where degree would show (basically the glass pan minus the in-lay (or mat board I think they're called) dimensions):14.5"x10. 5"

measurements in height x width

might be more money but the official frames have the logo which really adds a nice touch. it is worth IMO. All numbers are rough estimates and are accurate to within a quarter of an inch. (sorry it is the physicist in me that has to put uncertainties)

I checked out the Titles website, the cheapest one seems to be $60, which is not so bad. There is a $200 one too, though. o___o

For anyone interested, http://www.bookstore.mcmaste r.ca/c...gree%20Fra me
