Anyone know when the new season for dexter is coming out. Ugh I am dying to watch it!!!! =)

I kinda gave up on it when he had a kid... does it get better again?
Doakes...he was hilarious... I wish he never died.

ya that's when it hit a rough patch but it gets WAY better when Lumen comes in.

Personally I thought Season 1 was awesome, then it went continuously downhill in Seasons 2 and 3. Then Season 4 brought it back to being a great show.
As for Season 5...I like to pretend it never happened.

Because I like spoilers: how do the solve the annoying mini dexter issue? Or does he just hang around all the time?
I hate kids in tv dramas, they don't do anything but take up screen time for far more interesting content.

season 6 looks like season 1 but with Mos Def and Colin Hanks. The creators say Dexter is getting back to his Dark Passenger ways ala S1, and i couldn't be happier. Season 5 was so-so, s4 was godlike with john lithgow, s3 was terrible with the mexican politician and 1/2 were great with doakes/BHB/ITK and the british tit girl

same here, but i loved LUMEN! and i think she's coming back cause the writers were in talks to give her a contract for this season. How can anyone not like her shes like the female dexter, WAY better than rita. |

I liked it better when Dexter was more emotionally detached, like in season 1 when Rita was more part of his 'disguise'.
It's kinda why I also wasn't a big fan of season 2, since they threw in a love triangle.
But to each their own

Rita was awesome though, i liked how it showed that dexter could be human and have a family and all that.
Mos Def is in season 6?!? That just made me that much more excited!
Either way i cannot wait!
