Lol, i just remembered how unbalanced dueling was in D2. Pally would just one shot everyone with that hammer spinning attack. Also, i remember getting bored and going to random games and killing low levels while they would try to kill mephisto or something just for giggles, good times oh and COW LEVEL!!! =D

Yeah I saw that the other day.

I think the main reason I am so anxious for D3 is because games like Torchlight are garbage in the end. Torchlight had a story, but it was generic and I didn't follow it. The skills/gameplay were cool, but just because it's a dungeon crawler like D2 doesn't mean you have to have the '4 maps 1 boss rinse repeat' paradigm in action. With Diablo 2 I went back MANY MANY times and eventually got interested in the PvP scene where I topped the D2jsp ladders a few times (QQ- clan gooo!), all because of the re-playability. I hope D3 has that type of re-playability; and from the looks of it, it will.
