Represent! I've always been into music and played around with my friends' gear, so I finally got myself a set of decks and mixer in June. Spun for a few of the practices/jams McMaster Breakdance Club's had over the past year...unfortunately, I can't afford my own set at the moment so it'll have to remain an amateur hobby.

Hey guys, If you made any mixes or anything post a link to it here. am in the process of mixing a couple songs. BTW iun have any professional equipment i have my mac and thats it.

@Katia I wish i mixed house. I just dont know that many house songs. Link me some tunes!!

mainly jus my laptop.... university doesnt leave alot of extra cash for gear

I love reggae/danehall music. Although i listen to rnb hiphop alot.

have you guys heard the song airplane by agame. I heard it in a mix once it was pretty nice.

First DJ nite at 1280 (I think) is tomorrow night. I'll be shadowing my coworker for lights and hopefully won't fail dismally; harsh critisism appreciated haha.
