How do you opt out for Dental/Health Plans?
hey guys, how do i opt out for dental and health plans? I don't I'll be needing these...

Via online form.

But it isn't released until September.

where are these forms posted? is it on the Campus Health Centre site?

The health and dental plans are run through the MSU so all the information about it would be found on their website.. you can also check out this article...

You can access the online opt out form on this link when it is avaiable:
https://www.msumcmaster.ca/services/health/overview.htm
The online opt out form will be avaiable starting September 1, 2009 and the deadline is September 30, 2009

They also have the opt-out forms in the MSU office.
