They may not be covering the same material in the same order...which will screw you when it comes time for a test.

You may also be taking someone else's seat and thus be termed an ass. You can "test" out the professor and switch into another section if space is permitted. you have until Sept 21 for term 1 and term 3 courses and Jan 13 for term 2 courses.
