I torrented this book a while back for a friend, it doesn't have to be the First Canadian Edition. The only difference between Meteorology Today and Meteorology Today: First Canadian Edition is different page numbers but exact same content

Are you sure? So far I have only checked the first chapter in both books and it exactly the same. Don't know about the rest of the book..

I promise you won't need the textbook if Bernier is teaching the course. He does not take questions from the text and all info is straightforward. For example if you're learning about the different types of clouds, a quick google search will give you everything you need to know. He does not go in depth for concepts. However, I understand if you feel more comfortable having the required text, I remember people had it in pdf.
