Someone trolled Fleisig's course forum last year on ELM (now Avenue). The student's message was something like:

"Waddup. I was scoping that assignment 2 was due on Nov. 12 on the main page but then I scoped the course outline and it be saying that assignment 2 is due on the 13th? What is the correct due date? Am I trippin'?"

Fleisig responded "The correct due date is the 12th" or something like that, then he later made another response:

"Please be professional when posting on these boards."

The student then replied "Sorry Dr. Fleisig, I was making a study on how people would react to my post" A bit off-topic but I thought I'd share since the whole exchange was freakin' funny

1P03 was an easy course. Midterm was stupid since more than 1 answer seemed right on almost every question

Okay, honestly, those answers people were arguing were 'technically right' were so stupid. I remember one was like this (I put s____ cause I don't remember what the actual words were).

Quote:
What's the similarity between s____, s____ and s____.
a).....
b).....
c) They all start with the letter 's'
d).....
And people kept derpin' on the discussion boards about how 'c)' was technically right.

Do people honestly think that's going to be the right answer on a university level examination? This isn't grade 1 pattern recognition...

And also, that course was so nub. I studied for like 30 minutes and raped the exam. It's all common sense as long as you don't take everything literally....

Finally done with this horrible course. I can't wait until 2nd year... Hopefully the courses are more interesting.
