Drop/Cancel Date
I have 7 courses this term and im having a little difficulty managing finance specifically. Im considering canceling it and taking it in the summer. Whens the last date to cancel a course?

The last day to cancel term 2 or 3 courses without academic penalty is March 11, 2011

Is that March 11th at 12:00 am, as in Thursday night, or at 11:59 pm, Friday night?
