Email the department that is responsible for the course
Tell them it imperative that you get into the courses.
They'll grant you a seat in the course.

English is full? Well that's just lovely. SOLAR's not even open for me and the courses I'm planning on taking are filling up.

Keep on trying. I got into English a couple days before class started.

Hopefully. Yeah, there's not much else I can do. It's just annoying when, say, you spend quite a bit of time trying to log onto MUGSI/SOLAR only to find out that nothing's changed and the course is still full.

Hey, do they open up slots as different dates arise when certain sections are open? For example, English 1A03 is "full", but when Level II opens tomorrow night more slots will be opened? And same thing with Level I? Just to keep it relatively fair for those whose SOLAR opens later in time?

I'm not sure if the seats are opened to everyone or just to those in that section. Because they do have the ability to reserve seats for a group of people. All seats are open when SOLAR reopens though, so definitively try again on that day. If you have time to try tomorrow then you might as well try.
