Which one would you take in terms of interest and/or which one is easier?

I took both and I found Earth Sci 2WW3 to be way easier. You don't have to worry about labs in Earth Sci 2WW3. Enviro Sci is more interesting though

what was the format of the quizzes and exam for earth sci? and what was the paper about?

I just took Earth Sci 2WW3 last term with Bernier. It was really easy!! The evaluation was term paper 20%, online quiz 40% (best 5 out of 5 @ 8% each) and the exam 40%.

The term paper was to choose one of the following to answer.
1) Does Canada need to adapt how it manages its freshwater resources, given the increasing demand from agriculture and industry?
2) Should Canada share its freshwater with people in the developing world who do not have access to safe and clean freshwater?
3) Should Canada share its freshwater with the United States, given the looming water crisis in the U.S.?

Online quizzes are 20 M/C questions which you can google the answer while you do it.

Exam were M/C questions on some case studies (6 cases with 10 questions each) and a long essay question similar with the term paper questions.
